Lightroom: Does anyone know how to set sliders to 0?

For example, I have the brightness slider right now at +4. I can move it with the mouse to +2 or -2, but no smaller increments. The cursor keys give me +6 increments. Double-click sets it to +50.

How can I set to 0? Or better, move by increments of 1?

I have tried ALT, SHIFT, CNTRL etc whilst moving the sliders, but no joy.

Surely it must be simple?

Thanks
