I would like to purchase the NI-MH Battery Charger from Kodak
P/N 1527068. Does anyone know if this is a multivoltage charger,
i.e. can I plug it directly into a 230V European electrical socket?

Greetings Ted,

Thank you for your recent visit to the Kodak web site and your question
about the battery charger.

No, it isn't multi-voltage capable. You would need to plug it into a
power converter before using it overseas.

If you should have any other questions, please be sure to revisit our
site as we are continually adding information to enhance our support.
Or phone your regional call center - in the US (800) 235-6325. Our

I have the Kodak Battery Charger Model K200 (P/N 2E5119) that is a multivoltage charger. Yours is obviously another model.

You are right. It is a multivoltage charger. I just received a
correction from Al Micheli at Kodak regarding his earlier statement.
"To error is human, to forgive divine."
Ted,

Let me clarify. The K200 battery charger IS multi-voltage capable. You
would just need a plug adapter to fit that charger to the specific
electrical outlet you are going to be using.
