Hi, Having slept on the answer from Mike, I think that the FL that has to be entered is the FL that the lens appears to the sensor as: i.e. a 50mm lens for a 35mm camera will become a 75mm lens on a DSLR with a crop factor of 1.5. The amount of magnification is higher therefore the sensor has to be more sensitive. Maybe I am wrong, any thoughts.....
