What do I *lose* with D3 (compared to D300)?

If I'm thinking of getting a D3 instead of a D300, I know I'll get a lot more (FF, better ISO, faster, etc. etc.), but what will I give up that the D300 would provide?

If you can thing of something I'm missing in the list below, please let me know.
From what I can tell, if I buy the D3 I'll be missing...

  • $3,000

  • on-board flash and on-board focus-assist light

  • room in my camera bag

  • consistency across DX and non-DX lenses

  • 0.2 megapixels

  • ability to use the same batteries as my D200

Anything else?
Thanks,
Jeffrey
