Yes it will

Most educated photographers don't need it that much, but most consumers who can't compare image quality and other more significant things, decide upon these kinds of small details when making a decision. And those buyers coming from point-and-shoots, even think of this as a serious flaw.

"This thing is no good. You can't turn of the shutter sound off. And why can't I see the picture in the monitor while shooting?" Just a few questions heard at camera stores after people have bought DSLR's.

I do need Live view though. It makes a world of difference when trying to compose in difficult positions like holding the camera over your head etc.
