I used the camera in manual mode, which means I can choose ISO speed, metering mode, exposure compensation, etc. I selected ISO 80, then in exposure compensation, you can select long shutter speed manually. So, with the camera set to manual mode, and ISO selected at 80, and shutter selected at 4 seconds or whatever from the exposure compensation area, I then meter the photo in evaluative mode. This will give me the same aperature setting every time.

Anyway, thats the way I achieved the same settings each time on the photos, with the exception of the shutter speed. The long exposure settings are a cool feature of this P&S.
