How high is the RF in this area?

Do you know if other digital cameras are less affected? How high is the RF in this particular area? Maybe more RF shielding is needed in the D7 or would it be needed in all digital cameras?

My only guess is that it may be RF as I am occasionally in areas
with high RF. But the camera does not fail in the area of high RF.
The camera works for a while then when it times out, it refuses to
turn back on again.

I would avoid this camera completely until it is determined what is
causing this problem. If it is RF then there is a serious design
flaw which will manefest in failed units once they pass into a high
RF area.

If any one has experienced a similar problem, please let me know.
Minolta says they have seen this problem before. Right now the
camera is a liability.
