Displaying portraits in public places
Getting eyeballs on your work is important. We are trying to get our work placed in malls, restraunts doctors offices etc. Typical size is 24x30 up to 40x60. Subject matter is children, seniors, and families. We were planning on putting the pictures up at our expense, but making sure that our studio and contact information is identified on the portrait. We would retain ownership of the pictures, and would rotate them from location to location every few months.
I am looking for others who have done this. How have you done it? Have any of your portraits been stolen.
