I have not seen this article so I will have to become familiar with it to consider signing a petition.

There has to be a clear understanding of what they trying to achieve versus what the law in each state is. Making a uniform law against up-skirting for example would be a good thing (NSW for example, already has legislation covering this matter).

Prohibiting photography at the beach or other public places - it has been tried before and failed each and every time in over 70 years.

I'm sure organisations like ACMP and AIPP will have a say in it as they represent a lot of pro and serious art photographers.
