it is affecting their reputation.

OK, this is how you get your money. Per the above, the letter I wrote was forwarded to someone in Canon rebates and she called me. Got all the details, I emailed copies of everything and they cut me a check in full for the $690 within a few days and sent it to me ups.

Canon will do the right thing if you let them know how Young America is jerking you around.
