Advice Needed on Office Space Shoot

I have been asked by a large law firm to take photos of their office as well as the 'big boss' of the company. YIKES!!!

I wouldn't call myself a professional, but they saw some work and wanted something for their website. I would post this on the Pro Digital forum, but things seem very slow there. So I'm hoping the semi-pro (if there is such a thing) and the pros here will be able to help.

(1) How much do I charge them? Hourly charge or flat rate? I have heard the charge of $130-$150 per hour... I estimate the shoot to take no more than about 2 hours.

(2) Do I charge them for processing the digital photographs? I'm sure I will need to PP afterwards... guessing around 100 shots or so?

(3) Who has the copyright of the photos in such a case?

(4) How do I write up a contract for something like this?

Any help from you experienced folks would be greatly appreciated...

Here are a couple of shots from a shoot they saw:
