Larger portrait like gasoline ? ?

I am willing to try your ideas. Does this mean you perceive larger portraits to be the low margin gasoline, and 8x10 to be the drink and chips?

I fail to see why you insist on the same profit margin for all
sales? The profit margin on all sles combined is the only one that
really matters. Sometimes you have to give a little on some sales
to get the bigger one. The gas station makes just a nickel a gallon
at the pump, but makes the big markup profit when you also buy that
drink and chips.

My small prints are about 8 times cost ... but my largest canvas
ones may only be 3 or 4 times cost.

Thanks for this.

Remember the marketing value of large canvas prints hanging on
clients' walls. I would rather have ten clients with large prints
on their walls, that one or two.

Interesting way of looking at it.
