yes. I think it's a flaw and it's reasonable to believe it's a flaw.
but we need a hard evidence if we want to persuiade KM
to recall the products they don't care about anymore.
I think I read through most of the recent postings regarding
this issue, but is there any internal documents that tells
the first shot black problem is refferd as error 58? and
It is said that 1 in 4 has been sent back to the repair,
is there such internal documents available?

if what's said in the thread is true (I think it is), it means
that KM knows it is a design flaw and they need to recall.
but they don't.
and overhere in japan, there are users who talked to the service
and suggested possible defect in the product.
but they denied that (knowing there are design problem).

I think this is more than a user (or groupe of users) can handle,
and I'm thinking about reporting the issue to the consumer center
and have them investigate the problem.
I looked into their past reports and found they worked on
a similar case in 2005.
