First Frame Black Problem - Quick Question

It took some time to react because I had to subscribe first. The discussion is very interesting and also is the German info.

My 7D has the "first black frame problem" every now and then (always only the first frame). In two years time it hasn't become worse.
The trick is always: turn off the camera and turn on again.

My theory (maybe until now...) was that it has to do with changing lenses with the camera turned off. Turn it on, take a picture and: black. But not always. Someone told me it has to do with Sigma lenses, but it also happens with Minolta lenses.

So, for me it is not a great problem. I sometimes take a testshot first, to know if the camera is "naughty".

Does anyone else recognize the changing lenses theory?
