Canon SD800 IS vs. Fuji F30
I am contemplating a compact camera, something easier for my wife to slip in her purse than our Canon S30. These two cameras seem to be very well thought of as far as compact cameras and we would hope to have PQ that met or (preferably) exceed our S30
I tend to want the Canon, I like the IS feature (and their rep.). On the other hand, I can get a F30 for $200 vs. $370 (locally) for the SD800, plus I like like what I read about the F30's low light capabilities.
I'd like to hear from people that has had experience with both, if possible. Any other insights are welcome too.
I am also curious, would it be "splitting hairs" judging PQ between these two?
