E400 - camera size and lens size

I keep seeing people worrying about how the E400 will be with big lenses.

Like many people here, I remember the OMs.

This is a total non-issue.

When using a large lens on ANY camera, the balance point is on the lens, NOT the camera.

So, basically, you hold the LENS.

The hand that holds the camera is only steadying and controlling.

If you find the lens too big for the camera, as far as I can see, you are simply Doing It Wrong, regardless of camera, and you will get better, sharper pictures if you learn to Do It Right.

There are arguments for not making cameras TOO small: your fingers get cramped, and you can't get to the controls. But the ability to cope with long lenses is NOT one of those arguments.
