New computer sounds like vacuum cleaner

Following the excellent advice on this site, I had a local computer store build a computer for me. Here is what it has:

  • FoxConn TS-001 mid tower case (1 x 92mm rear fan, 1 x 80mm front fan)

  • Codegen 420W power supply with quiet 120mm fan

  • ASUS P5B Deluxe mainboard

  • Intel Core2Duo E6600 CPU @ 3.2Ghz with stock heatsink and fan

  • Corsair Ballistix 2GB DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 memory kit

  • ASUS Radeon X1300 (EAX1300/TD/128M) video card

  • 2 x Western Digital 250GB Raid Edition SATA2 hard drives

  • LG H22N 18x DL DVD+ -RW drive

  • Vantec all-in-one internal card reader

The computer performs like a fire-breathing dragon, but it also makes a lot of noise. The store is open to suggestions on how to make the machine quieter, which I assume could mean a different case and/or different fans. It needs substantial cooling because of the overclocking.

All advice welcome.
