Looks like a species of assasin bug (sometimes called a conenose), judging by the shape/angle of its proboscis. When it attacks a prey insect, its proboscis swings out and is plunged into the victim. It pumps in a toxin that liquefies the prey's innards, which it then sucks up like a milkshake. They can inflict a painful and sometimes dangerous bite.
