How hard do you use your 350 /400D?

When I think about it, I pound the cr@p out of my 350D, shooting in wind storms, rain, snow, at the beach, in the bush, in the waves, changing lenses often and anywhere, in the dark etc. Its usually bouncing around my neck or sitting on my tripod, slung over my shoulder.

I really put it to work at and one of the most important parts of my kit is a towel to wipe it dry during shoots (and a torch to find where I left it on the beach).

I wonder wether perhaps I should wait until the 30D is replaced (hopefully with weather sealing) cause i'm pretty sure a rouge wave is going to knock my tripod over one of these evenings.

The question is: How hard do you use your cam? - Sometimes I wonder if all these people who moan about build quality and sturdiness even USE their cameras...

If my 350D is a 'toy' then its a pretty good one.
