Even the 1.45V setting in bios puts out hardly any more than the 1.35V rated max for Core2Duos. I'd rate anything up to 1.5V bios setting as safe enough, but doubt you would be able to cool it effectively on air. Even a 1.55V setting is probably only mildly risky, but your really need good water cooling as a minimum for this kind of thing.
