You are probably right. Automation plugins are probably Photoshop only. That is a sacrifice we made when addng the rescale canvas feature. This feature we value very high. It made working with the plugin extremely more pleasantly and the resulting quality is superior.

We are currently looking at alternatives for those not having Photoshop.

One alternative is the same plugin without scaling of the canvas. Not as fun - should be cheaper.

Another alternative is a standalone lens corrector, probably based upon the lens analyzer graphics engine. That we currently believe is the correct route. We are not cetrtain though what kind of functionality should be evident in the standalone version.

A third alternative is a gimp plugin. Those are very easy to write. Hmmm ... maybe not .. gimp is currently 8 bits only
