Outragegous Nikon price rises in the Netherlands

While Nikon Europe has taken over from Inca as a distributor for Nikon equipment in the Netherlands, they have also raised prices for some of their lenses by a ridiculous amount.

Here are some examples:
AF-S 12-24 f/4: from 900 -> 1130 Euro (+26%)
AF-S 17-35 f/2.8: from 1480 -> 1950 Euro (+32%)
AF-S 300 f/4: from 900 to 1400 Euro (+55%)
AF-S 200-400 f/4: from 5000 to 6500 Euro (+30%)
AF-D 24 f/2.8: from 380 to 480 (+26%)

I would think having one distributor channel less, would mean a small price reduction, not a strong price rise. To be honest, this really p....ss me off!!! What on earth are they thinking???

Is Nikon doing the same in other (European) countries?
