pretty much all lens will work with just plain in-camera processing except those that are seriously lacking contrast.Ok....decided already for the XT and a Canon 50mm lens, now with
that, I have around $400 to spend, and I have three alternatives:
Tamron 17-50
Tamron 24-75
Sigma 17-70
Canon 17-85 IS (couple bucks more)
So I know what you are thinking..."that depend on your needs "...Do
I need an IS?...don't think so..I need low light performance,
indeed having fast lenses I may use low ISOs..for I use more
indoors shots than outdoors. However I would like to have some wide
lens just in case..a range of 17-70 or 80 would be good for me.
I need the less PP possible if any, I am a 50's doctor and I am
tired to play in PS...look for the best in-camera process lens.
probably the IS lens would be best for you if you do mostly indoor.
