The oldest one is 18 months old and have never had a single problem with any of my bodies.

Not sure which camera you are talking about.

But my 7D has been problem free for 1.5 years and over 20,000 shots.

had mine for over a year, great camera. I am going to buy another one next week instead of waiting for the 7D relacement.

Add me to the list. No problem that was non user related since purchase over a year ago. Had a previously purchased 5600HS calibrated by Minolta in about a half hour (Singapore). Just lost the LCD plastic cover and looking for a replacement; so far no reply to my post in this forum!

D7D with no problem here.

And I even dropped it from 1m high some 6 months ago (I nearly fainted when I saw my bag falling down from the hook).

I love it.
