What does SLR-like mean?

I recently got into a discussion about the definition of SLR after someone pointed out that my Sony cyber shot H2 is digital SLR. I was under the impression that the difference between the H2 and a real digital SLR is a question of features, Raw vs. jpg output, complete control of aperture and f-stop, etc. In the review on this site it mentioned that the H2 is SLR-like, what exactly does SLR-like mean? I already know that Single Lens Reflex means the viewer sees the image through the actual picture lens. To compose the picture, a mirror reflects the light from the lens to the viewfinder. Is the difference really just a question of features?
