D200 vs D70s

Well, I got my D200...

...and it looks like the D70 is indeed going to fade into oblivion as a backup camera. Maybe I will stick the 35 or 50 on it when I want some low-key, low-intensity pictures.

The D200 feels better in every way. I also find myself focusing much more on one particular kind of photography at a time (birds or landscapes or bugs) than doing a lot of different things on each outing. So even if I had two bodies, chances are I'm not going to stop a careful tripod composition if a bird lands a few feet away. I'll probably admire the bird for a moment and then go back to what I'm doing.
