Classified Pentax ads?

I think I'm going to sell my kit lens, the 16-45mm, but have lost the URL for the classified listings. I probably will ebay it, as I got no response the last time I used the classified on another lens, but would like to get at least a rough idea of what the lens is worth.

Well at B&H it's $409 new with a $100 rebate, so if you get more than $309 on Ebay someone's gotten auction fever.

I checked that yesterday. Yeah, it irked me a bit, but there's nothing to do. Actually, I'd be delighted with $250, though I'll put up a BIN of $300. I see the guy with one on the Pentax classified is hoping for $300, but with 2 really bad photos that illustrate pretty much nothing.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think it weird that so many lenses are on sale in the classifieds without photos attached? I mean, its not like this is book club or a knitting circle, its a photo group.

Yeah, I'm wondering the same, if a photographer can't (or won't) take a picture of what s/he's selling, then there is cause to worry and stay away.

I have some lenses listed there and can provide pics/links to anyone interested. The site refuses my upload attempts. That's what is odd.

Yeah, that classifieds script isn't the smartest kid on the block. But it is free and it was the best I found. If anybody knows a good free classifieds script, I'd be grateful to hear about it. Until then feel free to blame it all on me

You can only upload pics that are
at least upload a small pic of what ever your selling and also
upload some pics to your online gallery and provide a link to it.
A pic is worth a thousand words...

I have no idea what the shipping to Germany would involve, and I am literally drowning in tightly deadlined work on a book, so I'd prefer not to deal with it right now. And, no, I don't take PayPal.

There's someone on the classified ASKING $300 for a like new 16-45. You might be able to work him down some...the lens is selling for $310 at B&H after rebate these days.
