Just calibrated...dark images on Epson R220

I just bought an Eye-One Display 2. I calibrated and my LCD monitor looks good. I go to print a raw (.NEF) file in Photoshop CS2 and the results are very dark.

I'm going to print with preview, then under color handling choosing No Color Management. Then under my Epson R220 settings I'm choosing ICM under Color Management and then Off (No Color Management).

My paper is the Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper. I also went into the properties for my printer and under the color management tab I deleted color profiles associated with this printer.

Any suggestions to get better prints? Thanks!
