Comment and question

Your summary log-log plot seems to indicate that ACR produces higher pixel values in the darker areas of a raw image than NC does. To my eye, ACR at default settings produces images with better detail in shadow areas than NC (assuming low ISO and therefore low noise levels), which seems consistent with the data presented.

Is that a correct interpretation of the information you have summarized?

(I know this is only indirectly related to the question of DR.)
