That's the Olympus 330 concept. It's just out. But IMO it's not an elegant solution. Getting rid of the flipping mirror with a real time-capable view large CMOS sensor like that on the Sony R1 is the way to go. But some more technological development is needed yet before it can compete with the dSLRs.
