Colors on Canon Selphy CP400

I have a Canon Selphy CP400 dye-sub printer. I noticed that in prints the blue color and skin tones differs from what's in the image. Blue is very bright with almost no detail (no wrinkles in blue clothes), looks unnatural. Skin tones are pale and too pink. I printed the very same files on my other printer, an Epson stylus color R220 and these prints match what I see on my screen. So, there seems nothing wrong with the files or my monitor, it must be the Selphy. I experimented with the Selphy printer settings (less blue, more red) but things only seem to be getting worse, then. Anyone has an idea about how to overcome this problem?

Thanks.
