new to the lighting forum
hi to all and merry christmas...
i just received my 1st lighting kit, an Impact EX100A from B&H
If there is anyone here who has used this particular setup, could you please give me some tips and some setups for nice photos with this? I have never done any studio or set type lighting, rather all my pay work has been done in the field (weddings, etc.). thanks for any help you may ve able to give.
also, do you suppose that i could use an on camera flash (Canon 20d with 550ex) to trigger the strobes so that i could use one of the new flashes as a background light? Or, what could i add to this setup so i would have a background light? Another of the same two flashes?
Like i said i am just starting out with lighting so please bear with me. Thanks.
