I have the Friedman book. I only read the first few chaptors or so, but I stopped reading because I didnt think I was getting enough out of it. Maybe it was a little too basic for me. But in all fairness, I haven't read the whole thing yet, so maybe there are still some golden nuggets to be found. I would recommend it at any rate to a beginner - only about $20.
