personaly i think the cp5000 looks kinda cool.
None of them are awesome
The Nikon 5000 looks great in black - but that lens
the Sony looks a little plasticky
The Canon actually looks cool
I don't like the looks of the 995 at all

Got to agree. The 995 is looking very plasticky and downright ugly.IMHO

Sorry - I don't like the looks of the 5000. I can't cope with the
rounded triangular flash, and the sticking out lens. - Personally I
like the 995 - of course, twisted like that is not it's normal
shape, and it looks a little odd - but in it's normal stance it's
great. - I like the Sony second best.

Well the point is you want both looks and performance. These are 4 different products, and in case of Nikon in differnt
positions within the product lineup, and I'm not sure how good
looks make good photographs.

If you don't care about looks that's great, but I don't see why
you'd begrudge people that enjoy giving their opinions on it.

The point is we want both a camera that takes great pictures and looks cool too. If either parameter is not up to scale then no sale.? You don't make sense. I was just answering aa's question.. He
asked a question, and I gave an answer.. IMHO there is nothing
wrong with that. No begrudgal on my part. I just wouldn't buy a
camera just on good looks although I think the CP5000 looks just
fine to me.. Something between an Olympus and Cannon in style..
