Back Door … (6 iso 1600 pics F10)

… of a school (King’s College, Hong Kong). It’s a door that I have slipped through in countless evenings long long time ago; a glimpse of it brings back all the memories of my school life decades ago … It’s in such context that I chose to use ISO 1600 to take these shots and convert them to slight sepia. However, without these memories, how would you feel about these grainy and low-resolution pictures?

1. Back Door (I) - handheld @ 1/20s, EV -1.33

2. Back Door (II) - handheld @ 1/18s, EV -1.33

Here are some more “experimental” ISO 1600 shots. Hope you’ll find them interesting:

3. Parking Meter & an Irrelevant Sign - handheld @ 1/26s, EV -2/3

4. Exhaust of a Basement Shop - handheld @ 1/20s, EV -2/3

5. “Wait!” - handheld @ 1/18s, EV -1/3

6. Waiting for a Bus - handheld @1/30s, EV -1/3

Comments and advice much appreciated.

Best regards,
HP
