Why? The idea is to keep the HFOV and do a vertical-only crop later in the image editor, not crop inside PTLens.

If you calculate the HFOV (85 is near, I use 86) this is the value you use in PTLens, in other words 85 degrees (horizontal). This is still 85 degrees HFOV after correction too, as long as you don't throw some away in the crop. That's the point of doing it this way - if you crop it away again you might as well use the old profiled method.

Calclulate the HFOV of the 14, you'll find it's rather less than 85 degrees

Ignore diagonal FOV, this is meaningless for the fisheye because it changes after defishing, but the HFOV doesn't.
