Sigma SD10 VS Kodak 14N Image quality?

Consider the SD9 - then reject it

Since the Kodaks interpolate (upscale) to 14MP by default and the
Sigmas don't, you should compare Sigma images interpolated to 14MP
using a high quality adaptive interpolator (not SPP).

They do nothing of the sort. The Sigma SD9 does better than its nominal 3mp would suggest because of the Foveon chip design, but its real point of comparison are the 6mp entry level dslrs like the Nikon D100. Its not even on the same playing field as the Kodak.
