Ever forget to change ISO settings?

Admittedly I am fairly new to DSLRs, so I am still getting used to all the settings, but it sure would be helpful if the ISO setting was displayed via the viewfinder (20D). I never have a problem remembering to check and change the ISO when I as shooting in low light but I never seem to be able to remember to change them back when I am shooting in bright light. Surprisingly, most of these high ISO photos taken in bright sunlight actually look pretty good...though I am sure I am introducing unnecessary noise. Does anyone else have this problem...or is it just me?
