How far from the camera to the models?

I'm usually within 12 feet from camera to subject and my light is within 10 feet on a stand anywhere from 5 feet high to 13 feet high depending on what I need my light and my shadows to be doing. Check for setting in my reply about metering.

The vast, vast, vast majority of what I shoot is shot with a 35mm f2 lens if that gives you any frame of reference.
