Thanks to everyone for the really great advice in this thread. I'm surprised at how much there is to this part of the process and pleased such knowledgible people are willing to share it with me. I guess I'll go with the 8750 for time reasons. I want fine art results, but I'm unwilling at this point to dive deeply into the tinkering and 3rd party ink/etc to get that.
