Macro samples with 50mm nikkor and Kenko Ext Tubes

All these pictures are full frame, no crops at all, i added a white frame at the bottom of the picture to allow for labeling.

The lens was a 50mm 1.8 non-D, the minimum distance was measured from the front glass element to the subject with a ruler, so the real distance may be a bit different but I was within the ball park.

I used a "penny" taped to a box of tissue so anyone can relate to the subjects real size size.

The AF worked fine with all individual tubes, but with all tubes stacked together to make a 68mm tube the AF hunted too much so MF was used.

I hope that anyone looking for information on Kenko tubes finds this useful.
