SD10 shot is a little bit sharpened. I did not do it intentionally, but it happens when downsampling in ACDSee. 20D shot is not sharpened - except for whatever rumored in-RAW sharpening might be there. Even using "standart look" setting in C1Pro, visible sharpening halos appear.

The best way to judge is dowload RAW files and process them using more specific settings. The sizes of RAWs are no bigger than of output JPEGs.
