crappy B&H service

B&H screwed up part of my last order -- I ordered one item and they shipped something different -- and my attempts to contact them have met no response whatsoever. I emailed them nearly three days ago, and again a day ago, but have received no reply. (Yes, I will try ringing, though that's a bit awkward from Australia.)

Is this normal? I thought B&H were ultra-reputable, and didn't expect them to try to just ignore customer complaints when they screw up.
