Shutter speed = focal length rule of thumb - still works?

I can't quite figure this one out in my head...

I always used to use the rule that if I was shooting at say 200mm - the lowest shutter speed I should use is about 1/200...

Does the crop factor mean that now I have to shoot at 1/320?

I don't think it does... but maybe I am wrong!
