I have found KM to be quite responsive to e-mails, I have had several communications from Sham Chada (not all of the very useful though) at:

Konica Minolta Photo Dimage English Support
dimage-support-uk@phe.konicaminoltaeurope.com

They usually take 2 or 3 days to reply.

I think this issue is related to the size and complexity of the
camera.
