Z3: serious banding with new firmware

I've had my Z3 for about a week now and have shot about 500 photos in every situation and mode I could think of (almost equally in firmwares 1.00e, 1.01e, and 1.02e); shooting within a few centimetres of a computer monitor, 220v speakers, and having the USB connection cable running over several power, network, and other computer cables and ending within 5cm on my 19inch CRT monitor and within 12cm of a large (and turned on) speaker), and I have not had any banding (I had to look at your photo to see what you meant) or any other image quality problems.

On the other hand, I have a few small annoyances such as the fact that the T shutter speed in manual mode only seems to go for 15 seconds and even that shows a LOT of hot pixels. I will have to have this serviced, but I don't want to part with my camer this early on :).
