Re: AF 28-200: Tamron or Nikkor??

I tested the Tamron 28-200 & 28-300 XR Di against the Sigma and Nikkor 28-200g and the Nikkor was by far the best. Even tested it against the Sig & Tam 70-300 the little 28-200G still beat tem.

Images had better sharpness, color, contrast etc an did not focus hunt as much as the Tamorn or Sig. Also appeared brighter in the viewvinder.

Cant go wrong with this one.

It is however a budget lens and the build is not great but sturdy enough. It is a budget build with great glass. My definition anyway.

I have two options:

Tamron AF 28-200/3.8-5.6 Asf. XR IF LD SPER MACRO zoom model A03
Nikkor AF 28-200/3.5-5.6 G IF-ED

Which one to choose??
Which one has the faster AF?

Your input is appreciated
