If you look on that page, the two most recent models (z6III and z50II) have no spaces.
I don't think the change is retroactive, but it appears it might be the norm going forward.
I think that the pages have not yet been updated throughout.
All models are already listed here with the new spelling, including the old models.

Nikon Rumors also reports, “During the press briefing of the new Z50II camera, Nikon confirmed that they had removed the space from all of the Z camera models”
In my opinion, this only makes sense if you apply it consistently and retroactively to all Z bodies.
This will not change the labeling/model markings printed on the existing Z bodies either way, as the Z50II, Z6III, Z8, Z9 are still labeled Z 50II, Z 6III, Z 8, Z 9, next to the top LCD with a blank space between the Z and the modellnumber.
This is more likely to be a standardized spelling for listing, which is why the imprint on the available bodyshells will not be changed.
On the older models, the model designation is still on the front of the camera and Z and the model number are arranged one below the other, so there are no real spaces, with exception of the Zf and Zfc.
Either way, the action does not seem particularly coordinated.
In the listing here, all bodies are listed with the new spelling, but if you click on an individual model for more information, the models are listed again with the old spelling, with spaces after the Z, as Z 8, or Z 9, or Z 50II, or Z 6III, Z 6II, Z 6, Z 7II, Z 7,....

In addition, the model designation on the body itself of the brand new Z50II is marked with spaces, as with the Z6III, i.e. as Z 50II, Z 6III, as before with the Z8 and Z9, which are marked next to the LCD as Z 8 or Z 9.
The same with Zfc and ZF, which have the designation on the front with spaces, with Z f, Z fc.
Only the old models have no recognizable spaces in the model designation on the front, as Z and number are arranged one below the other.
So ultimately the decision seems not well coordinated if it is implemented so inconsistent.
