Celebrate the textures, colors, and forms of Ancient Cathedrals, Chapels, and Places of Worship from just down your street or from your travels. For purposes of this challenge, any structure you can logically cram into one of these categories is welcome. Any place of worship by any name is welcome. This group of challenges will investigate the different aspects and processing techniques for different views of these wonderful old structures. Let's leave the defination of what's "ancient" up to the voters. Use your own judgement.

The example of course is not a gargoyle, but all these old structures have carvings, statues, busts, and various thingies carved on the outside, inside, and on various crypts and burial devices.
