This challenge gives you the opportunity to showcase your beautiful pictures where the subjects are sparkling like diamonds. For example, sun on dappled water, early morning dew on the grass, rough diamonds recently dug out of the ground or other rocks and minerals which sparkle, the sun on fresh snow, or ice crystals. Please, no ready-made jewellery, polished gemstones or man-made objects. Macro and close-ups welcome. Size of entry: 1,600 pixels on the longer side.

Fairy Dust on the Loch ?

This serene peaceful scene is unfortunately the site of a tragic WW2, B 24 Liberator, crash in the Scottish Highlands. Perhaps the sparkle on the water is the Fairies who watch over the wreck scene ?
